I have experience working with a diverse set of issues and ages. Some especially common things I treat are ADHD, addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, social anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, low self-esteem, family and relationship problems, and postpartum depression and anxiety. 

I will likely refer you elsewhere if you are seeking EMDR, couples counseling outside of the context of perinatal issues, or if current symptom severity requires a higher level of care than outpatient therapy.

I pride myself on being able and willing to offer very competitive rates for this area. The cost of a 60-minute out-of-network therapy session is $175.

I accept select Aetna and BCBS plans. Please contact me to verify if your plan is accepted. 

For out-of-network services, which are most common, clients are responsible for payment at the time of session. I provide a Superbill which can then be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement.
