Research has shown that telehealth counseling is equally as effective as in-person therapy. For many, telehealth increases the accessibility and convenience of therapy. Virtual sessions are available to folks located in Maryland and Washington, DC.

In-person appointments may be available in Silver Spring, MD. Please contact me to discuss scheduling. Many local clients also opt for a "hybrid" model as their schedules permit.
